Process and change management expert Dr. Christof Ebert has joined Vector Consulting in October 2006 as a partner. Prior to joining Vector, he was for twelve years with Alcatel, most recently as Director of R&D at Alcatel's headquarters in Paris. Amongst achievements in the domains of systems and software engineering, software platforms and PLM, he established and lead Alcatel's evolution towards a high-maturity organization. A senior member of IEEE and SEI authorized CMMI instructor, he authored several books and brings a variety of consulting experiences.
