New features:

• Extended timing options (Wait after ECUReset, Tester request distance, Response delay, Response tolerance)

Issues solved:

• Large fonts (96dpi) are now correctly displayed
• "Combined Identifier" test now switches to correct ECU session before testing combined identifiers (UDS)
• "Invalid session change" test now always starts in default/normal session
• All selected services are now tested when using additional test patterns in combination with "Quick test" or "Every service once" test
• Several minor bug fixes
