Greater Flexibility in Project Planning

• While it makes sense to restrict changes to process-conformant changes on the upper project level, the project leader needs freedom in operative planning. In eASEE.pm V3.6, users can now plan projects on the operative level independent of predefined processes. As a result, planning steps may be changed on the level of the Gantt diagram, with changes ranging from detailed planning to the addition or deletion of work packages.

Editing Bulk Data

• In the Allocation Editor, any desired number of input cells may be edited simultaneously. This form of editing of values for selected resources enables faster and easier control of resource management.

Interface to MS Project

• All planning data created in eASEE.pm (including resource planning) may be exported to MS Project. This simplifies the exchange of planning information with other planning systems.

Configuring Supplemental Attributes for Resources

• Resources may be supplemented with application-specific attributes in configuration. This auxiliary information can be viewed and edited in the application. This makes it possible to assign personal data to a resource, such as position within the company, telephone number, etc. Supplemental attributes have many potential uses, e.g. in search functions, reports, sorting, etc.
