eASEE.chm - Change Management

Many companies take enormous efforts to reduce throughput times in product development while simultaneously increasing product quality. A significant factor in the successful attainment of goals lies in quick and effective handling of changes that may occur over the total product life cycle. Changes occur in all areas of a company (e.g. in development, production, marketing, sales and management), as well as outside the company (e.g. at the user, customer or supplier).   • eASEE.chm lets you structure change requests, their reasons and initial implementation proposals. You then analyze, detail and review the entered changes. Once a change has been released for implementation, this is followed by monitoring and tracking.
  • You use eASEE.chm to clearly establish authorities, responsibilities and tasks in change management. This lets participating employees track the flow of a change process with full traceability at any time.
  • eASEE.chm provides you with templates for typical change processes (e.g. requirements change or defects management). These templates have predefined life cycle roles and rights. Use of these templates facilitates quick productive use of eASEE.chm. Nonetheless, customer-specific adaptations and extensions are possible at any time.
