1-3. Version Number Descriptions

Your CANalyzer/CANoe version number is broken up into 3 parts.  Eg. 6.0.47(X.YY.ZZ)

  • The X portion of the number is the version number.
  • The Y portion of the number is the release number.
  • The Z portion of the number is the build number.

Service Packs contain the latest build of the the software (the"z" portion).  Service pack upgrades are available on the web as a free download.  Upgrades to either the "x" or "y" version can only be received by either purchasing an upgrade or Maintenance Contract.
