Differences between Pro and Fun
- LIN - Fun loses the ability to serve as an interactive Master, cannot simulate a LIN node, and does not support the LIN Analysis Feature Set.
- CAPL - Users running the Fun version cannot program nor run a program written in CAPL. Also, CAPL DLL's cannot be run or accessed.
- Diagnostics - The Fun version does not contain a Diagnostic Observer, and cannot view CANdela Studio files.
Differences between Fun and Junior:
Channel Support
- CAN - # of Channels supported drops from 32 to 1
- LIN - # of Channels supported drops from 32 to 1
- MOST - MOST Channels are not supported
- FlexRay - FlexRay Channels are not supported
Databases
- CAN - Only one DBC file can be associated at a time
- LIN - Only one LDF file can be associated at a time
Analysis and Simulation
- Measurement Setup cannot be altered with the Junior version
- Number of Trace Windows limited to 1
- Bus Statistic Window not available with Junior version
- Graphic Window not available with Junior Version
- Number of Data Windows limited to 1
- IG Blocks not available with Junior Version
