Presently the CANbedded software components are available for 37 different micro-controllers, the Flash Bootloader CANfbl supports 14 micros. osCAN, the operating system based on OSEK/VDX is available for 28 platforms. The software components are also available for a large number of derivatives and compiler vendors. Other micros may be supported on demand. It can be configured with the Generation Tool, supports both signal- and message routing and meets the requirements of different car manufacturers. Additional hardware platforms are supported, such as XC164CS (TwinCAN), SH7047, PIC18, H8S/2612, H8S/2623.
